WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE REAL ESTATE?

I had been dreaming of starting my career in real estate since I was 19 years old, but I wasn’t ready at that stage of life. I worked full-time in sales-related positions until my husband & I started our family, and then I was blessed with the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom to our four kids, for 12 years. Once our youngest started school, we knew the time was right for me to join the workforce again and begin my real estate career.

First and foremost, I was drawn to CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty for the brand then I met the brokers, and I knew that this would be my work family! They offer unlimited training (Tricia even set aside 2 one on one training sessions with me to help with my real estate exam prep!), tools, support, experience, and availability to their agents since they are non-competing brokers. I didn’t fully understand the value of that when I was first getting started, but trust me when I say that it makes a huge difference to not only me but my clients!
