The Facility User is responsible for ensuring the following:
o Absolutely NO décor is affixed to the walls, windows, railings, furniture and/or ceilings.
o No glitter, confetti, and/or sequins permitted.
o All decor to be removed at the end of the event.
o Absolutely no candles or open flames of any kind are allowed.
o No pets allowed with the exception of certified service animals.
o Children must be supervised at all times by an adult and are not permitted to run in the hallways/common areas or push each other around on the wheeled chairs.
o Stationary furniture shall not be moved.
o All furniture to remain in the conference room (or patio, if applicable).
o The motorized blinds should only be controlled with the remote on the wall. Never pull on the blinds.
o Any items thrown over the railing will not be returned.
o Chairs or other furniture in which children may stand upon shall not be set next to railings.
o Exits are not allowed to be blocked, including the stairways.
o No smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building.
The Facility User is liable for any injuries and all property damage caused by themselves or their guests. The Facility User is responsible for cleaning up the Facility as per this Agreement. The Facility User will be charged $150 per hour for any excessive cleaning resulting from their use of the Facility. The Facility User shall be charged for any damages beyond reasonable wear and tear of the Facility.
Facility User agrees to comply with all North Dakota law, Burleigh County ordinances, and the City of Bismarck Ordinances on the consumption of alcoholic beverages at any event held on its property. Facility User(s) expressly agree to assume all liability and indemnify building owner (Grand Centurion LLC) and its tenants, along with Century 21 Morrison Realty and its employees and independent contractors from any claim for damages arising from Facility User, their guests or anyone consuming alcoholic beverages during or relating to Facility User’s event rental.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all times without exception. Renter(s) expressly agree to assume all liability and indemnify building owner (Grand Centurion, LLC) and its tenants, along with Century 21 Morrison Realty and its employees and independent contractors from any claim arising from Facility User(s), its guests or anyone serving or consuming illegal drugs during or relating to Facility User(s)’ event rental.
