Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility:

• Giveaway is open to legal residents of North Dakota only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entry Period:

• Entries will be accepted through 12:00 PM CST on July 24, 2026
• Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Complete the official entry form available online or in person at the Century 21 Morrison Realty Minot office. 500 20th Ave SW, Minot, ND 58701
• Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection:

• One winner will be chosen at random and announced on July 24, 2026, via Century 21 Morrison Realty’s Facebook page.
• Winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

• One playhouse, as displayed during the ND State Fair Parade on July 18, 2026
• Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.
• Winner is responsible for transporting or arranging pickup of the playhouse within 14 days of notification.

Publicity:

• By entering, participants agree to allow Century 21 Morrison Realty to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, including announcing the winner on social media and our website.

General Conditions:

• Century 21 Morrison Realty reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
