PERSONAL LIFE
As the oldest of nine, I was born and raised in the small town of New England, North Dakota. I spent many years helping my dad on the farm doing everything from summer fallowing 14 hour days (back when that was cool) to fixing the combines and driving truck.
After high school I studied abroad in Mexico. I attended NDSU where I ran track, supervised computer consultants and in 2000 graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Education and a Minor in Computer Science. I worked in software development for many years, and later went back to grad. school to get my Master's in Business Administration.
I enjoy being involved in church groups, writing and singing music, playing, coaching and refereeing high school and club soccer, and hiking. Most important to my life is my wife of 26 years, Laura, and our family. We are very involved in the community and our connections to so many good people in Bismarck/Mandan help us serve our real estate clients even better.
SELLING PHILOSOPHY
Whether your goals are to MAXIMIZE value, sell QUICKLY, receive WORLD CLASS service, or all of the above, I have the skillset, tools, processes and creativity to give you the best results and experience of any agent in the Bismarck/Mandan metro area. With a decade of experience and being one of the TOP 3 Century 21 agents in the state of North Dakota for the past 3 years, you can rest assured you are getting THE BEST.
BUYING PHILOSOPHY
One piece of advice: Do NOT compromise on your biggest goals. Buying a property is likely the most expensive purchase you will ever make. I have had some buyers take as much as four years to find a house. Some of my clients find their home in the first few days, but most are within a few weeks or months. When I was considering making an offer on my first home, I was petrified. At one point, my REALTOR told me that contingencies could be added in case things didn't feel right after my offer was accepted. When I heard that, I was able to finally relax and enjoy the process knowing that I was being protected by my agent.
Education empowers. And as your buyer's agent I want to empower you to make GREAT decisions. As your advisor I will put my strategic advantages to work for you to give you the best chance for success in securing your next home or property.
